The Lievito bakers work through the night in our artisan bakery based in a small village in Somerset. Our mission from day one has been to produce breads and pastries that we would be proud to have at our table. The bread vans are loaded up 6 days a week bringing our bread to Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Dorset & Wiltshire.

We hand shape and slow prove our sourdoughs for a minimum of 18 hours to give that open crumb and distant flavour of a true sourdough. Our boys have created whizz-bang burger buns which we supply to some of the best burger joints around. Our doughnuts are pretty special too.
